What does Celebrant Easy Do?
Celebrant Easy automates the administation side to your business.
Easy Docs allows you to create all the legal documents and forms you need to create as a Celebrant - NOIMs, DoNLIM and the Marriage Certificates. You send a link to your couples to complete all the information, meaning you don't have to type a thing.
BDM Link - Takes your Easy Docs data and injects it directly into the BDM online portals in VIC, NSW and QLD. No more manual data entry.
Client Master - Still under development however this will be a one-stop-shop for Celebrants to manage their business - Client management, emails, invoices, payments and much much more.
What do I need to use Celebrant Easy?
All you need to be able to use our system is a device that connects to the internet and and internet conneciton. Thats it. You don't need anything else, you don't even need a website.
NB: Celebrant Easy only supports Google Chrome. If you use a different browser the app will not work. PLEASE ONLY USE GOOGLE CHROME
How does it work?
You will be set-up with a Log-on ID and Password when you sign up. You then use this to log in to the site via the user portal.
In your portal is where you can create records for all your weddings, send links to couples to complete forms and print out your documents.
How long does it take until I can use Celebrant Easy?
You can start using Celebrant Easy from the moment you're signed up. Just log in to the user portal and away you go.
What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel anytime, your subcription will remain active until the current billing period you are in finishes. For example - If you joined on the 15th of a given month, you can cancel on the 16th and you will have access until the 15th of the next month.
What happens to my data after I cancel?
Once your subscription has finalised it's cancellation your data will be completely removed from our system. We can't guarantee that we will be able to retrieve any records after your subscription is finalised.
Do I have to be a Celebrant?
In short - Yes. Our Software has been designed for Celebrants, we wil be checking all users to make sure that they are registered with the Attorney General. Any non-registered users will have their accounts deactivated.
How do I sign up?
There are 'Sign-up' buttons all over our website, if you click on them they will take you to sign-up part of our website. It's simple and only takes 30 seconds to make happen.
How am I billed?
Celebrant Easy is billed on a Monthly basis, this is to give you the freedom to choose when you want to start and stop your subscription with us. There's no 12 month lock in contracts. We just bill you on the corresponding day of each month from when you sign up.
Does it work for all states and territories?
It sure does, Celebrant Easy is designed for Australian Celebrants all over. So no matter where you live, you can use it.
Our BDM Link solution for now will only work for the states where there is an online BDM option: Vic, NSW and QLD.
However as other BDM's offer an online registration process we will add them as options to BDM Link.
What if I am having a problem?
Celebrant Easy is fully supported. All you need to do to ask for help is to either email us at - support@celebranteasy.com or via the Facebook User group
